today was pretty & bittersweet all at once, the kind of sensation you get when nursing a tall hot latte, & burning your tongue because you consumed it too fast, then realising that you want more of it because it's just oh-too-good :)
despite last night, today was a 'thin' day, so i was pretty happy about that; sorry to sound incredibly bimbotic/shallow but i'm sure you have days like these too
oui? though i noticed & think that i'm growing a bit taller, but if i'm shooting in any other direction besides sideways, i'm pretty cool with that. haha.
my player was on shuffle just now & i'm usually the kind who'd switch songs faster than the time it takes for me to think twice, but my hands were full today so i just let it run; the recording of
Sharatul singing "Zombie" during Carnival Day '06 came on,
how heavenly was that to have as closure for today?
brought back goosebumps & an overwhelm of memories of 4e8, & just us, having the usual good time & being anywhere else but at home studying; how slacked were the seven of us eh, :)
and though i do agree with what she says,

Jordin's perfect, she's got talents & looks at such a young age, and all
MeMe has is her platinum blonde hair, her "
crystal ball" & plastic-rimmed glasses, which i think are fake anyway.
but hey, this is reality & it bites. a perfect example for my speech, that being 'normal' is
not normal unless someone else makes you out to be what everyone wants you to be.
oh nuts, i realised i have an ICA for
Oral Comm. this wednesday, & its seven chapters at one go and so far i've only read one crummy chapter, so looks like tonight & tomorrow night're gonna be nights of intense reading.
sigh i'm stretched for time again, i'm already looking forward to the holidays.
