oooh i love working Sundays! and if it wasn't for some prank call coming from a Kumar-something from a "pratahouse", yesterday would've been more worth it.
speaking of Kumar, everytime he sees me, he'll just squeal "two beef kway teow!" for everyone to hear in this incredibly annoying high pitched voice. one day i'm gonna add extra SALT into his usual drink, and i can watch his face go all red and twisted. HAHAHAHAHA
working at Monkeys definitely opened my eyes to a new world. & it's not everyday you get to see some well known people pissed drunk outta their minds till they end up puking their alcohol & dinner in back drain, and you're there to hold their hair back from their faces.
even given such situations.. nah, i don't think i'm gonna quit here and work for Halim at his french restaurant @ Md. Sultan area. it's just too fun here, & i'm getting to know everyone a wee bit better and i'm learning more stuffs in the bar area, so i'm getting real comfy with my surrounding. lol, this coming from the girl who was dreadin to work as a waitress, hey? :)

you guys have to catch the latest Courtney Cox series, Dirt, on YouTube or wherever. it is the best shizz that's to come on the telly for like, the longest time. it satisfies my penchant for much-drrrrama, & the fact that it's about a goss magazine just gives it the extra oomph.
doubt it'll ever come out here though. Singapore's so anal about these kinda things that they deprive us of some of the best shows. and what do we get instead? stuff like Prison Break. & outdated shows like Supernatural & Lost. this of course, if you have cable. though i can hardly wait for Ugly Betty!!
its true my life revolves around the telly & work, which is pretty ironic considering my telly's blown up.
so i'll leave you to some YouTube delight - Ms Swan. i think alotta people watch her stuff & love her skits like i do. you have to! it's frickin' mad, it's what keeps me awake laughing in the night when i can't sleep.

and oh yeah Singapore won against Thai yesterday but i thought the whole thing was stupid cos in the first place i was never really a Lions' fan & although i think the Thai players weren't sporty by holding a 15minute protest, i still think the Lions' play was too rough.
